Who we are

VertexLeads LLC (VertexLeads AI (“VertexLeads”ldquo;VertexLeadsVertexLeads AI (“VertexLeads”rdquo;, “we”, “us”) is a pay-per-call lead generation company. We run paid-search advertising that connects consumers who need home services with independent local service providers. This policy covers this website (vertexleads.ai), the consumer landing pages we operate, and Mission Control, the internal software application we use to manage our own advertising accounts. Information we collect on this website

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company and message when you request an audit or contact us.
• Usage data: standard server logs and analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type).

We use this information to respond to your request and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell it.

Information we collect on our consumer landing pages

When a consumer visits one of our service landing pages and calls the number shown, we and our call-routing platform record the caller’s phone number, the time and duration of the call, the page and advertisement that led to the call, and a recording of the call where permitted by law and disclosed on the page. This information is used to connect the caller to a service provider, to pay and be paid for qualified calls, and to measure advertising performance. Each landing page carries its own privacy notice with the details for that site.

Mission Control and Google user data

Mission Control is an internal application used only by VertexLeads employees. It connects to our own Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API, using Google sign-in (OAuth) by our own account administrator. Through that connection it:

• reads campaign, keyword and click performance data for our own accounts, which we store in our database for reporting;
• uploads offline conversion data (click identifiers, call times and revenue values) for calls that came from our own advertisements;
• creates and updates campaigns, ads, keywords and assets in our own accounts after a person on our team approves each change.

Mission Control is not offered to third parties and never accesses any Google account other than those we own or administer. Google user data obtained through the Google Ads API is used only to provide these internal functions. It is not sold, not used for advertising other than managing our own advertising, not transferred to others except as necessary to operate the application (for example, our hosting and database providers), and not used to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we protect and retain information

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers in the United States, protected by access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and credentials that are never exposed to browsers or third parties. We retain advertising performance and call records for as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it for us (hosting, database, call routing, analytics), with the independent service provider a caller asked to be connected to, with our advertising platforms as described above, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing george@vertexleads.ai. You may revoke Mission Control’s access to a Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. Consumers who call one of our landing pages can make the same requests using the contact details on that page.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
