Agreement
By using vertexleads.ai or any service provided by VertexLeads LLC (VertexLeads AI (“VertexLeads”ldquo;VertexLeadsVertexLeads AI (“VertexLeads”rdquo;, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
What we do
VertexLeads is a pay-per-call lead generation company. We advertise home services online, operate consumer landing pages, and connect callers with independent local service providers who pay us for qualified calls. We do not perform the services advertised, and the providers we connect callers to are independent businesses that we do not own, control or employ. Any agreement for services is solely between the consumer and the provider.
Mission Control
Mission Control is our internal software for managing our own advertising accounts and call data. It is not licensed or offered to the public or to clients. Access is limited to VertexLeads personnel under our internal policies.
Use of this website
- You may use the site for lawful purposes only and may not interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Content on the site is provided for general information. We may change it at any time without notice.
- Trademarks, logos and content on the site belong to VertexLeads or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
No warranties
The site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that results will be achieved. Past performance described on the site does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VertexLeads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information and is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
